That’s right, we’re HIRING! We are on the lookout for the perfect person to fill our Studio Assistant position. Our ideal applicants will be motivated, self – starters, eager to learn, and organized. As our Studio Assistant your duties would include, but are not limited to: corresponding with clients via e-mail, managing client folders (online – contracts, questionnaires, timelines, etc.), managing social media accounts, and scheduling appointments + sessions.
Qualifications:
Organized
Self-Starter
Motivated + Eager to learn
Experienced in Word + Excel
Excellent written + oral communication skills
Experience with the basics of Photoshop + Lightroom (preferred, not required)
Administrative/personal assistant experience is a bonus
Logistics:
Part time position
10-20 hours per week
Mondays – Fridays, flexible schedule
Compensation:
$10 – $12 per hour (based on experience)
