Why do you include a complimentary engagement session with all of your packages and can we swap it for something else?
We include an engagement session with each of our wedding packages because we believe it is important for us to build a relationship with you and your sweetheart. Since we will be with you during your entire wedding day we want to know you, and we want you to know us, so we can best capture what’s important to you on your special day. It always allows for a more natural, genuine image on your wedding day because you know your photographer or videographer, and you’re more comfortable in front of the camera.

Do you recommend doing a “First Look?”
We recommend you do whatever is best for you as a couple. Whether that be a first look, first touch or none at all before the ceremony. We would be happy to talk through what each and every option would like like for you on your wedding day!

Can I change my credits around before my wedding day?
Definitely! But, we require that all credits are locked in no later than three months before your big day. You are welcome to buy more credits for your package at any point though. We will do our best to accommodate any changes that may be made, but cannot always guarantee we can update them.

How many images will I receive?
Honestly we do not put a number on how many images you receive for your wedding day. We provide all of our couples and families with the best of our images, but you can expect between 500 and 900 images depending on how long we are with you for your day!

Do you travel out of state? Do you charge for travel? How much will it cost to have you shoot my wedding in ______?
We LOVE the chance to travel, whether it is within the US or overseas we would love to shoot your wedding and offer special prices for destination weddings. We charge for travel outside of the Raleigh/Durham area, except to Wilmington + Charlotte. We’d be happy to provide you a travel quote that would cover the necessary items!
